Keeping your heating system running smoothly with Manx Petroleum - What's involved?

Routine service of your oil-fired boiler (and some cookers). This will include a thorough cleaning, combustion efficiency check and any essential replacement parts will be fitted. Emergency callout service to attend breakdowns on weekdays, Saturdays and Public Holidays (except Christmas Day and New Year's Day). Detailed record keeping, and a reminder when your annual service becomes due. Warranty work can usually be carried out, but we need to know your boiler is still under warranty if you are using us for the first time.

Our Annual Maintenance Agreement offers comprehensive annual maintenance for your home's heating system.

Annual Boiler Agreement

Manx Petroleum have specialised in servicing oil-fired heating systems longer than any other oil company in the Isle of Man.

Through our Heating Services department we can offer both one-off services peformed by our in-house team of experienced OFTEC trained engineers, or our affordable Annual Boiler Maintenance Agreement, to keep your oil-fired heating system and cooker running safely and efficiently all year round. With our Annual Boiler Maintenance Agreement you benefit from the following:

• A routine service of your oil-fired boiler. This will include a thorough cleaning and a combustion efficiency check. Any essential replacement parts will be fitted, subject to a charge.
• We arrange your appointment, sending you a reminder when your annual service is due.
• We will keep detailed records of all services and ongoing maintenance to ensure that you will always have your boiler history easily accessible.
• An emergency call-out facility to attend breakdowns, between 8am and 4:30pm weekdays, Saturdays and Public Holidays (except Christmas Day and New Year's Day), at a massively reduced rate.
• If you already have one of our Budget Accounts, spread the cost of the Annual Boiler Maintenance Agreement over 12 months interest free.
